Ines van der Ende
is born 1975 in Duisburg, Germany. She studied sculpture at the Alanus Hochschule für Kunst und Gesellschaft in Alfter, Bonn. During her first stay in Norway in 2001, she studied stone into landscape and started to focus on the dimensions of space. The question of size into sculpture made her examine proportions and shapes. Her way to work in sculpture become simple plastic forming. Experiences with form in space are reflected in later installations. The reduction to the essential features are the basic thrust; there she plays with the perception in their fundamental charakteriecs. Ines van der Ende is working as a freelancer in Germany and Sweden
